Our partnership with MAN Truck & Bus has been exemplary over the past 16 years. We grew from a humble market share of 5% before the partnership between Al-Ahlia and MAN to an average of 35% over the last decade, selling over 2,750 trucks and 134 marine engines in Kuwait since 2005. Today, with this state-of-the-art facility located at Al-Rai, Al Ahlia is committed to steadily increase MAN’s market share and become the market leader.
With the NEW showroom and service center, AAHV seeks to reinforce its premium brands leadership vision in Kuwait’s commercial heavy equipment industry. The 4,000 sqm workshop, 1,750 sqm parts warehouse and 6,000 sqm storage facility for trucks will ensure that customers get top-notch service and that a much wider range of genuine spare parts are immediately available.

Warranty Administrator
Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely processing of all warranty claims; communicate effectively with the service office to help create a smooth workflow from service to warranty administration. Responsibilities:
Prepares and processes vehicle warranty claims for data entry
Processes warranty claims within the organization’s and the manufacturers’ policies, procedures & guidelines.
Communicate directly and effectively with shop management. Problem solve with a team.
Must have a familiarization of all phases of mechanical work performed at the dealership Service Department.
Close Repair orders as directed, check chassis and components for Warranty, become proficient with the warranty work flow processes.
Assist with overseeing correct data entry on all repair orders. Focus on and insure accuracy of all data and codes going into system.
Communicate with management regarding status of warranty jobs, pending claims, etc.
Reconciles claims submitted. Identifying and processing rejects that are out of established warranty guidelines and document quality improvements
Develop and grow position.
Other duties assigned as business needs require.

Service Advisor
We are looking for a personable Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The Service Advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections. The Service Advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
To be a successful Service Advisor, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry
